PIFRA Registration Form 2026 for FABS Salary Slip

PIFRA registration form 2026 for FABS online salary slip email registration Image Description:The PIFRA Registration Form is still available online for government employees who want to register for electronic salary slips. The old government address at m.pifra.gov.pk/salaryslip_emp currently redirects to a live government SAP WebDynpro salary-slip application. FABS lists Online Salary Slip as a current service, while AGPR describes the registration service as an Email Registration Form for Online Salary Slip and Pension Slip.

AGPR currently instructs users to enter an email address registered with Gmail for this service. The salary slip is then provided through the government’s E-Slip system by email.

Do not reproduce the government registration form on pifra.pakword.com or collect employees’ payroll information yourself.

FABS says its E-Slip service provides salary slips to government employees through email and currently publishes Online Salary Slip in its Quick Access Services.

Is There a PIFRA Registration Form in 2026?

Yes.

The old PIFRA salary-slip URL is still working in September 2026. It currently redirects to a SAP WebDynpro application hosted on the government pifra.gov.pk domain.

This means employees should not assume that every reference to PIFRA registration is obsolete simply because the main government financial website is now branded FABS.

The current arrangement is better understood as:

PIFRA remains visible in parts of the government salary-slip infrastructure.

FABS is the current Financial Accounting & Budgeting System and lists Online Salary Slip among its active services.

AGPR also links to an Email Registration Form for Online Salary Slip and Pension Slip.

So the registration service still exists, but users should reach it through the current official government route instead of old copied forms on unrelated websites.

Information Required for PIFRA Registration

This is one area where accuracy matters.

The current SAP registration application contains multiple input fields, but the field labels are rendered dynamically with JavaScript and are not exposed in the text version of the live application that could be independently verified during this review. The official AGPR website does, however, explicitly confirm the email-registration requirement.

For that reason, this guide does not reproduce an old seven-field or eight-field PIFRA list and claim that every item remains mandatory in 2026.

Currently Verifiable Registration Information

Field / InformationWhat It MeansFictional Example
Email addressEmail account to be registered for the electronic salary-slip service. AGPR currently refers specifically to an email registered with Gmail.employee.example@gmail.com
Other employee details shown on live formEnter the government employee information requested by the current SAP application exactly as recorded in your official payroll/service record.Use your own official record

Do not use another employee’s information as an example while completing the real form.

Why This Guide Does Not Publish an Old Field List

Older PIFRA tutorials commonly list combinations of government code, personnel number, CNIC, date of birth, mobile number and email.

Some or all of these may appear in versions of the salary-slip system, but the correct 2026 approach is to follow the labels displayed by the live official form.

The current SAP page is the final authority for what it requires today.

That prevents you from entering unnecessary personal information based on an outdated tutorial.

How to Complete the PIFRA Registration Form

1. Open the Official Government Form

Use:

https://m.pifra.gov.pk/salaryslip_emp

The address currently redirects into the official government SAP salary-slip application.

You can also start from the official FABS website and choose Online Salary Slip.

2. Read the Current Form Before Entering Anything

Do not keep an old PIFRA tutorial open beside the registration form and blindly copy its instructions.

Look at each field currently displayed by the government application.

Where a field refers to your employee or payroll record, enter the information exactly as it exists in your official service record.

3. Enter Your Email Address Carefully

AGPR currently labels the service as:

Email Registration Form – Online Salary Slip and Pension Slip

and instructs users to enter an email registered with Gmail.

Your email is important because FABS describes E-Slip as salary-slip delivery through email.

Check the address for typing mistakes before proceeding.

For example:

Correct fictional format:

m.ahmad.example@gmail.com

A small mistake such as:

m.ahmad.exmaple@gmail.com

could point to the wrong or nonexistent mailbox.

4. Complete the Remaining Fields Exactly as Displayed

Enter only what the current government application asks for.

Do not:

  • add dashes where the form does not request them
  • guess government identifiers
  • use another employee’s personnel information
  • substitute a DDO Code for a personal employee identifier unless the form specifically asks for it
  • submit fake information to test the system

If you do not understand one of the employee identifiers displayed by the form, verify it through your department or relevant accounts office.

5. Review the Information

Before submitting, check the form again.

Pay particular attention to numbers and email spelling.

Government payroll systems depend on matching employee records. Guessing a missing identifier is more likely to create a problem than solve one.

6. Submit Through the Official Application

Use the submission control provided by the live government form.

Do not send the same personal details through pifra.pakword.com.

7. Read the Response Shown by the System

Follow the confirmation, error or next-step message displayed by the official application.

The public FABS and AGPR information pages do not currently document every possible SAP response, so this guide does not invent confirmation messages.

Government Code or Department Information

Older PIFRA guides often give detailed lists of province or government codes.

Do not automatically use those lists in 2026.

During this review, I could not independently verify from the crawlable current salary-slip registration application that a particular old government-code field and historic code table remain unchanged.

If the live SAP form currently asks you to choose or enter government or departmental information, follow the options displayed there.

This is safer than copying a years-old table.

If you do not recognize the code requested by the live system, verify it with:

  • your departmental accounts branch
  • DDO/accounts staff
  • relevant DAO/AG/AGPR office
  • FABS support where appropriate

Do not guess.

Email Address Requirements

Email is the clearest currently verified registration requirement.

AGPR explicitly describes the salary-slip service as an Email Registration Form and currently instructs users to enter an email registered with Gmail.

FABS also describes E-Slip as salary slips delivered to government employees by email.

Before Registering Your Email

Make sure:

  • you can sign in to the email account
  • you know its password
  • the address is spelled correctly
  • you check that account regularly

Never give your email password to FABS registration pages, Pakword comments or another person.

An email address and an email password are two completely different things.

A legitimate registration form may ask for the address where the slip should be sent. That does not mean it needs your Gmail password.

Is a Mobile Number Required?

A mobile number should only be entered if the current live salary-slip registration form asks for it.

FABS’ current public salary-slip description and AGPR’s public Email Registration Form description do not provide a complete crawlable list of all registration fields.

For that reason, this page does not claim that a mobile number is universally mandatory for salary-slip registration in 2026.

Follow the live government form.

This distinction is important because the separate pension complaint form on the FABS website does request a mobile number, but that is a pension complaint form, not proof of the salary-slip registration requirements.

What Happens After You Submit the Registration Form?

The purpose of registration is to connect the employee with the electronic salary-slip service.

FABS describes E-Slip as a way for government employees to receive salary slips via email.

After you submit the form:

  1. Read the result shown by the government application.
  2. Follow any next step displayed there.
  3. Keep access to your registered email account.
  4. Check that account when salary slips are issued.

The current public FABS information does not provide a guaranteed number of hours or days for every registration to become active.

Therefore, avoid claims such as:

Your registration will activate within 24 hours.

unless the live government application itself gives you that instruction.

Registration Error or Form Not Working

If the form returns an error, do not immediately create several new registrations with different information.

Check for Typing Errors

Review every field against your official employee record.

Numbers are especially easy to mistype.

Make Sure JavaScript Is Enabled

The current salary-slip application is a SAP WebDynpro page. Its non-JavaScript version explicitly says that JavaScript must be activated in the browser.

If the page loads incorrectly or appears incomplete:

  1. Enable JavaScript.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Try a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or another modern browser.
  4. Open the official URL again.

Do Not Guess Missing Employee Information

If the form rejects an employee identifier that you believe is correct, confirm your payroll/service record through the relevant department or accounts office.

The FABS accounting rules require payroll records to be updated through the relevant DDO and DAO/AG/AGPR payroll processes when employee staffing or pay information changes.

Try Again From the Official Entry Point

Old bookmarks may stop working when SAP routes change.

Start from the official FABS website and select Online Salary Slip, or use the current government PIFRA salary-slip address.

Contact FABS if Necessary

For salary-slip issues, FABS currently publishes:

Phone: 051-9107248

Email: fabs@cga.gov.pk

Its Salary Slip Help Desk also lists:

unsubscribe@pifra.gov.pk

Already Registered?

If you have already registered and are receiving E-Slips correctly, there is normally no reason to create another registration simply because you found a newer PIFRA tutorial.

If your registration exists but something needs to change, use the options provided by the official application or contact the FABS salary-slip help desk.

The current public FABS information does not document a universal Reset Registration button or a complete public email-change workflow.

Likewise, the existence of the official unsubscribe@pifra.gov.pk address should not be interpreted as proof of a specific unsubscribe-and-register-again procedure unless FABS tells you to follow it.

Do not repeatedly enter variations of your personal information to try to bypass an error.

Salary Slip Not Received After Registration

Registration and email delivery are related, but a missing email does not automatically prove that registration has failed.

If you registered but your salary slip has not arrived:

  • check the registered email account
  • check Spam and Junk
  • search the mailbox for salary-slip messages
  • confirm that you are checking the correct account
  • contact official support if the issue continues

Read our full PIFRA Salary Slip Not Received guide for troubleshooting.

FABS currently does not publish a public guarantee that every employee’s E-Slip will arrive on one fixed day each month.

Protect Your Personal Information

The salary-slip registration process involves employee information.

Treat that information carefully.

Do not publish the following in comments on pifra.pakword.com or another public website:

  • CNIC
  • personnel/employee number
  • payroll information
  • email password
  • OTP
  • bank account details
  • complete salary slip
  • government system password

pifra.pakword.com does not operate the FABS registration system and does not need these details from you.

Never Give Anyone Your Gmail Password

AGPR’s instruction to enter an email registered with Gmail means the email address used for the service.

It does not mean that you should give a third-party website your Gmail password.

If a site asks for your email password merely to register you for PIFRA salary slips, stop and verify the site before proceeding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the PIFRA registration form still available in 2026?

Yes. The government salary-slip URL at m.pifra.gov.pk/salaryslip_emp is currently active and redirects to a SAP WebDynpro application. FABS also continues to list Online Salary Slip among its current services.

What information do I need for PIFRA registration?

The live SAP form currently contains multiple inputs, but its labels are dynamically rendered and were not available in a crawlable form for independent verification. The current AGPR website explicitly confirms the email-registration requirement and tells users to enter an email registered with Gmail. Follow the remaining fields exactly as shown by the current official form.

Do I need a Gmail address for PIFRA salary-slip registration?

AGPR’s current public service description specifically tells users of the Online Salary Slip and Pension Slip Email Registration Form to enter an email registered with Gmail.

Does PIFRA registration require my Gmail password?

No official source reviewed for this guide tells employees to provide their Gmail password. The service registers an email address for E-Slip delivery. Never submit your email password to an unknown website.

Why is the PIFRA registration form not loading properly?

The current salary-slip application uses SAP WebDynpro and its fallback page states that JavaScript must be activated. Enable JavaScript and retry the official page in a current browser.

Should I register again if I am already registered?

Do not automatically create a duplicate registration. If your existing email or employee information needs attention, follow the live application’s instructions or contact the FABS salary-slip help desk.

What is the PIFRA/FABS salary-slip help number?

FABS currently lists 051-9107248 for salary-slip-related issues. It also lists fabs@cga.gov.pk as the salary-slip email and unsubscribe@pifra.gov.pk in the Salary Slip Help Desk section.

Sources and Verification

Last verified: September 17, 2026

This page was checked against current information from:

  • Financial Accounting & Budgeting System, Controller General of Accounts
  • Accountant General Pakistan Revenues
  • Current government SAP salary-slip application

FABS currently lists Online Salary Slip and describes E-Slip as electronic salary-slip delivery through email.

AGPR currently describes the service as an Email Registration Form for Online Salary Slip and Pension Slip and instructs users to enter an email registered with Gmail.

The official PIFRA salary-slip URL currently redirects to the SAP WebDynpro application, but its individual field labels are not exposed in the text-rendered version available for verification. For that reason, this guide deliberately does not reproduce an old third-party field list as if it were a verified 2026 form.
